CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Village of Los Lunas, NM Plumbing Engineer for this extremely energy efficient Data Center project. The Los Lunas data center will be powered by 100% renewable energy, and will be one of the most efficient data centers in the world. The AlfaTech team provided site selection support services and continues to provide overall design team project management as well as MEP, architectural, structural, civil, fire protection, controls, wind study, and life safety services. The campus consists of three interconnected, six-story office buildings, with two levels of podium parking on the ground of approximately 752,100 SF (excluding parking levels); café building of approximately 25,000 SF, and a six-story parking garage. 23 & ME, Mountain View, CA Lead Plumbing Engineer on this 3-story office TI project spanning 144,766 SF and including 7,000 SF of commercial kitchen/café facilities. The project consists of major interior, mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades from a warm-shell condition. SYNOPSYS – PATHLINE CAMPUS PARK, Sunnyvale, CA Lead Plumbing Engineer on the project that consists of remodeling six floors, 1,500 SF on each floor, to convert existing private offices and small rooms into a single open office environment. VANTAGE, Santa Clara, CA Plumbing Engineer for the master plan, product development analysis, and schematic design for a new 69 MW critical IT load data center project to be located on an approximately 8.97 acre site. The project is being developed in multiple phases within a two-building configuration. A new substation with three 50 MW transformer sections is planned for the site. The project will accommodate approximately 413,000 total SF of space including over 271,200 SF of data center space in two four story buildings, not including exterior equipment yard area.
