AlfaTech has provided project management and engineering design services for Sun Microsystems since 1996. This includes an 80,000 SF Workstation Training Center with a data center facility and office space.

GILEAD SCIENCES Foster City, CA

Type: Data Center Size : 14,000 SF Data Center / 600,000 SF Total

AlfaTech was selected to provide overall single-source turnkey project delivery which also included project and construction management, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunications design for all of Gilead’s Foster City campus consisting of 18 buildings totaling over 600,000 SF.

This includes corporate data center consisting of 14,000 SF of raised floor completed in multiple phases with existing 30,000 SF building.
