Mechanical, electrical, plumbing services for public space renovations including podium facade enhancements on two sides of this high-rise hotel, new entry lobby and porte cochere, pool enclosure, meeting rooms, fitness center, and Pavilion Room demolition. Special features included a HVAC Systems Analysis which identified considerable cost savings by reusing existing cooling tower and optimizing existing systems. The renovation includes a new 300-ton chiller and upgrade to central DDC controls. The facility will be renovated while fully occupied.
