The project features two buildings totaling 32,000 SF. One building is a 3-story science building that includes classrooms, an environmental cold-room, greenhouse, laboratories and associated space for the biology, chemistry, biotechnology, allied health, chemistry, engineering, math and physical science programs. It is linked by a bi- level bridge to a pre-existing science building, which features 11,000 SF lecture hall, a one-story, freestanding general-use facility, three 100-seat, sloped-floor lecture rooms with full audio-visual and laboratory demonstration capabilities. The firm provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for both buildings.
