This $31 million project was completed in one phase and consists of approximately 51,000 SF of collocation space, and 10,000 SF of storage area.

The colocation area contains a proposed 530 cabinets and was designed with stand-alone mechanical and electrical systems with interconnections to the existing 6th floor collocation where necessary for reliability or where indicated in the initial single line and flow diagrams.
