This project consisted of tenant improvements made to the Smith Campus Center at Pomona College. Several areas and challenges were undertaken.

In the basement, approximately 8,400 SF of office space was converted to a pub-type setting. The living area was upgraded with new ceilings, lighting, and air-conditioning to provide a more inviting atmosphere. The Coop restaurant was entirely upgraded, including a new glass-enclosed space and kitchen. Exposed ductwork was worked into the architectural scheme to create an excellent atmosphere.
