Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for this high-rise hotel and casino featuring approximately 1,000 guestrooms with swim-up suites overlooking 18 acres of waterfalls, lazy river and multiple pools. Project includes meeting rooms, two parking garages, villas, a central energy plant. This integrated resort also includes a 42,000 SF Rock Spa & Salon, indoor retail promenade, private day club and night club.
