Supported Genentech’s Small Project Portfolio program for the pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company’s South San Francisco Campus. Provided Architecture and Engineering planning, design and construction support for a wide variety of facility projects including research labs, GMP cold room upgrades, building condition assessment and upgrades, waste stream compliance and utility systems. Utility systems include electrical infrastructure, steam, compressed air, exhaust, fire suppression, domestic water, sanitary sewer, chilled water and plant gases.
