*NOVARTIS (Chiron), VMF OLWX Project Manufacturing Facility Expansion, Vacaville, CA Principal in Charge for this project consisting of full civil and MEP design services for a 17,000 SF two-story building expansion. The expansion included private offices, open office areas, meeting, conference and storage rooms, corridors, stairs, restrooms, elevator, QA/QC engineering document storage room, QC and raw materials laboratories and process equipment storage, in the following cGMP areas: weigh/dispense room, quarantined and released materials. *NOVARTIS, San Carlos, CA – Multiple Projects Project Manager/Principal in Charge for a series of facility projects including: • Temperature Control for CSD-1 Dryer • Laboratory Humidification System Replacement • Site Energy Manager (Staff Augmentation) • Sitewide Electrical Power Study and Maintenance Plan • Niro-2 Exhaust Modifications (Design/Build Project Delivery) *NOVARTIS, Emeryville, CA – Multiple Projects Project Manager/Principal in Charge for a series of facility projects including: • Site Wide Energy Efficiency Study • Building 4 Lab Tenant Improvements • Robotics Lab Tenant Improvements • Building 4 Executive Conference Center • Building G&T Chilled Water System Upgrades Concept Design Established laboratory operations and PCR processes to help control contamination. Developed a (1) line (1,000 samples), (2) line (7,500 samples) and (4) line (estimated 20,000 samples daily). Provided 15 ACH 100% exhaust with the DOAS and used cascade pressurization with the testing part of the lab being the most negative with pre-testing room second most negative, while pressurizing all adjoining spaces to eliminate cross contamination. IAQ Photocatalytic Virus Filters and final HEPAS on the supply air were also provided. In depth analysis of existing electrical service, metering of existing loads, in order to determine the best power source for new lab and its associated HVAC equipment, reviewed the backup power requirements and sizing UPS and generator requirements, eye wash system and fixtures with auto faucets. Team worked closely with Owner, Contractor, Vendors & City Planning to achieve TCO for pilot lab in 14 days (design and construction). CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT | COVID19 TESTING LAB (BSL2), Sunnyvale, CA

JDS Uniphase, Santa Rosa, CA Project Manager for the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process and fire protection design for the campus wide consolidation of JDSU’s R&D and manufacturing operations at their Santa Rosa campus. The facility included relocation of clean rooms, utility systems, support functions and offices from multiple building on campus to consolidated operations in three buildings for operational efficiency and reduction in costs. Support systems LUMENTUM, San Jose, CA Project Manager for the design of the tenant improvement of an existing 35,000 SF office building to house relocated lab systems from other Lumentum facilities. Design included all HVAC and electrical design as well as process utilities systems. Process included solvents and Hydrogen gas system as well as DI water, VO2, O2 Vacuum, CDA and chilled water. Select labs included high powered lasers requiring specialized electrical design including upsizing the building’s utility electrical service from 2000 Amps 480V to 4000 Amps. AT scope included all hazardous materials permitting including hazmat mapping of building and gas monitoring systems. LUMENTUM, San Jose, CA Principal-in-Charge for this project consisting of design of a new NH3 Bulk Storage system semiconductor manufacturing process. The system was intended to replace existing bottle storage and installed the new gas storage tonner inside an existing gas storage bunker. Scope included specification of storage system, connection to existing gas cabinet piping manifolds for distribution to existing Fab tools, gas sensor system, upgrade of scrubbed exhaust and fire suppression. HGST, San Jose, CA Principal-in-Charge for a variety of projects at the HGST San Jose manufacturing and R&D campus. The facility was in the process of relocating existing tool and manufacturing facilities from nearby facilities being sold. Projects ranged from Fab modifications to general office tenant improvement. included specialty gases required for research and for manufacturing, chilled water, CDA, DI and vacuum. WESTERN DIGITAL, San Jose, CA Principal-in- Charge for a variety of projects at Western Digital’s San Jose Campus (formerly HGST). Projects included assessment of upgrades of electrical infrastructure in the campus’s fabs to correct short circuit failures which interrupted manufacturing as well as conducting Coordination and Short Circuit Analysis of various electrical systems.
