TERASAKI RESEARCH GROUP, West Los Angeles, CA Electrical Engineer for the expansion to an existing facility to create a new Vivarium suite within an animal research facility. The project included autoclave cage vivarium cage washers, bio-safety cabinets, procedure rooms, animal handling areas, Rheometer. The facility was designed in accordance with the AAALAC guidelines. BEYOND MEAT HEADQUARTERS, El Segundo, CA Lead Electrical Engineer for the relocation to the new headquarters for Beyond Meat into a two story building. Project includes complete demolition of the interior and will consist of a 143,000 SF R&D, Lab Space, Test Kitchens and Refrigerated Storage and 107,000 SF office space in a phased construction. NIAGARA BOTTLING LLC, Diamond Bar, CA Lead Electrical Engineer for this multi-building corporate headquarters and lab building. The scope of work comprised of a core and shell renovation and simultaneous TI of Bldg 1 (182,000SF), R&D and QA Lab in building 2 (20,000 SF), site improvements (80,000 SF), 500kW Campus E-Power System and lighting, power and EV charging renovations to a (176,000 SF) parking structure. The Lab comprised of Analytical Rooms, Micro Rooms, Q/A Lab, Sample Storage Rooms, Cold Storage Rooms, R&D Lab and office space. The main office building included a staff cafeteria, Executive Offices, Private offices, Conference rooms, Open Office Space, 3 story main reception lobby, flex spaces, games rooms, (6) IDF rooms and a Main Server/MDF room. MLK MEDICAL BUILDING, Los Angeles, CA Lead Electrical Engineer for this ground-up medical office building, 60,000 SF. Project included Ambulatory surgery center, Infusion, DI Analysis, Pharmacy, Imaging, Specialty Care, Primary Care, Children Specialty, Wound Care< Physical Therapy, Dental Services, Home Health, Behavioral Health, Patient Education space, Building support areas and an outdoor surface parking lot of 100,000 SF. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, Los Angeles, CA Lead Electrical Engineer for this ground-up Medical Office Building, Core and shell tenant improvement of 2 story building with total 60,000 SF and about 100,000 SF open parking lot. Improvements comprised of OSHPD 3, minor surgery unit with recovery bays, dialysis unit, imaging suite Pharmacy, and large Clinic with procedures service (non OSHPD).
