With a 30-year history in Southern California, the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom represents U.S.-based and multi-national clients, including a wide variety of California-based Fortune 500, middle-market and privately held companies. Located at One California Plaza in downtown LA, the TI consisted of a 4-floor, 100,000 sq. ft. re-stack. The space was opened up and refreshed to improve workflow. Interiors were reworked, mechanical equipment and MEP systems were relocated, with particular focus on the new, full catering kitchen, along with conference rooms, training room, gym and offices.
