JONES DAY, Los Angeles, CA Principal-in-charge and Project Manager for this 143,000 SF project which included five floors of open and private offices, conference rooms, pantries, law library, computer server room, UPS system, 24-hour AC in server room, pre-action sprinklers and gaseous suppression in computer room, internal stair. GOODWIN PROCTER LLP, 5th Floor, Santa Monica, CA Principal-in-charge and Project Manager for this 18,000 SF project which included a combination of multiple private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, coffee bar pantry phone rooms, reception, storage, copy/print areas and IDF room. Project included demolition of existing TI layout, new lighting, new power to furniture, new power to support AV & IT, new plumbing to coffee bar, new HVAC distribution and minor revision/additions to the existing MEP as required per building codes. WEINSTOCK MANION LLP, Century City, CA Principal-in-charge and Project Manager for this 22,000 SF project which included private office space, conference rooms, huddle rooms, file storage rooms, server room and pantries. *GIBSON DUNN & CRUTCHER LLP, 333 S. Grand, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical Engineer on this 81,000 SF project, which included three floors of high-end tenant improvement for this national law firm. Project was constructed in 3 phases and comprised of private offices, main board room, conference rooms, open office, N +1 Server room, file storage, reception foyer & Lobby. *MORRISON & FOERSTER LLP, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical Engineer for 78,000 SF of tenant improvements in the top three floors of the 62-story Aon Center in downtown and occupies more than 78,000 SF. Team provided MEP engineering for the project working with Gensler team and Anthony Mason and Associates Project Management Office. The Morrison and Foerster Los Angeles Office achieved LEED Silver Rating. *PEPPER HAMILTON LLP, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical Engineer for a 25,000 SF flagship Los Angeles office high end tenant improvement. *PAUL HASTINGS LLP, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical Engineer for an 82,000 SF multi-story, high end tenant improvement.

Diarmuid comes to AlfaTech with previous experience leading a team of engineers on a wide variety of projects comprising of core and shell renovations, ground-up new construction and tenant improvements. As part of his experience, Diarmuid provides strong technical expertise, leadership, problem solving strength, mentorship of the mechanical EIT’s and intermediate engineers, code compliance reviews and QA/QC of the designs. He ensures the continuous development of office standards/procedures, the latest engineering software, energy efficient MEP product research, green design research, LEED design implementation as well as energy modeling reviews.
