ALDER LAW, PC, Watt Plaza, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical engineering design services for the tenant improvements to 4,000 SF on the 18th floor at 1875 Century Park East within WATT Plaza which included private offices, staff lounge, guest reception and entry areas, copy/print areas and IDF closet. *PAUL HASTINGS LLP, Los Angeles, CA Mechanical engineer for this 82,000 SF tenant improvement project at City National Plaza consisted of multi-story renovation with high end conference rooms, office spaces, remote pantries and reception/lobby area. *LATHAM & WATKINS, LLP, Century City, CA Assistant mechanical engineer for this 50,000 SF entertainment-focused law firm branch located at Constellation Place. *MUNGER TOLLES & OLSON, Century City, CA Lead Mechanical Engineer for this 155,000 SF office space comprising of high end finished conference rooms, offices with sit-stand and treadmill desks, event spaces, cafeterias, wellness areas and new multi-level staircase. *SKADDEN, ARPS, SLATE, MEAGHER & FLOM LLP, Los Angeles, CA Lead Mechanical engineering design services for a 100,000 SF project which included a four-floor restack. The space was opened up and refreshed to improve workflow. Interiors were reworked, mechanical equipment and MEP systems were relocated, with particular focus on the new, full catering kitchen, along with conference rooms, training room, gym and offices. ITHACA-SCOOTER BRAUN PROJECTS, Santa Monica, CA. Lead Mechanical engineer for this 27,000 SF tenant improvement renovation in Santa Monica. The project comprised of office space, event space and a multipurpose screening room. ZIP RECRUITER, Santa Monica, CA Lead Mechanical engineer for this 42,000 SF tenant renovation in Santa Monica. The project compromised of heavy mechanical and electrical to support a high occupant density. INDUSTRIOUS- Century City, CA. Lead Mechanical engineer manager for this 44,000 SF T.I. for this well-known shared working space provider. The project included heavy mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades to support the densely occupied office space. Hight level of coordination were required for this fully open ceiling concept.
