Diarmuid comes to AlfaTech with previous experience leading a team of engineers on a wide variety of projects comprising of core and shell renovations, ground-up new construction and tenant improvements. As part of his experience, Diarmuid provides strong technical expertise, leadership, problem solving strength, mentorship of the mechanical EIT’s and intermediate engineers, code compliance reviews and QA/QC of the designs. He ensures the continuous development of office standards/procedures, the latest engineering software, energy efficient MEP product research, green design research, LEED design implementation as well as energy modeling reviews. Diarmuid began his engineering career in 2004 and has a proven track record with both design-build contracting and consulting engineering from concept development through project completion. Howard has over 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in aviation and hospitality building systems. George Duekmejian Courthouse which was named ENR 2014 Global Best Government Building Project.
