Provided MEP engineering design services for this new 2-story, 58,000 SF Student Services Building which provides a space for enrollment, counseling, financial aid, health and veterans services. The building organizes itself around a centralized courtyard with strong indoor/outdoor connections to the multiple functions housed there, including Student Equity Programs, Student Activities, Student Meeting and Lounge Spaces, Food Services, the College Store and Mail/Copy functions.
