Renovation of the historic 19-story Century Plaza Hotel, conversion into a 400-room hotel with 63 single- and double-story condominiums on its upper levels with amenities including terraces, rooftop pool and bar, a spa, grand ballroom and a French brasserie and the construction of two new residential towers (44-stories) featuring over 268 homes complete with floor-to-ceiling windows. Project includes 93,000 SF of retail , restaurant and lifestyle space.
