AlfaTech provided engineering design services for the 52,000 SF museum consisting of two floors and a basement. The building is comprised of exhibition areas, offices, storage, exhibit shop, theater, associated production space, and other associated uses. The basement has a boiler room, fire pump room, and storage room. The project consisted of replacing two (2) Trane air cooled chiller in-kind; three (3) chilled water pumps including gauges and valves; flushing of the system; replacing all insulation; test and balance hydronic system.

AlfaTech also provided the engineering design for the installation of a new pizza oven and replacement of an existing grease exhaust hoot.
