AlfaTech provided MEP design engineering and Low Voltage Technology design services for this high-rise office TI project. Phase 1 of included the 14th floor for a total of 18,544 SF of open office workstations, meeting rooms, conference rooms, fitness center, IT rooms and support areas. Phase II encompassed floors 4 through 11 and the 15th floor for a total of 182,156 SF. The space including open office workstations, meeting rooms, conferences, IT rooms and support areas. Technology design services consisted of the 5th floor for a total of 20,000 SF of tenant improvements. Phase III consists of tenant improvements of full floors 16 & 17 plus half of floor 12 totaling 48,000 SF and the 24th floor totaling 8,600 SF including office workstations, meeting rooms, phone rooms, huddle rooms, and pantry/café.
