AlfaTech is providing full due diligence and MEP engineering and lighting design as well as LEED administration for the full renovation of floors 36, 40 and 42 as well as partial renovation of floor 41 at One Market. The scope of work includes private and commercial bank, trading room, client center, general office, conference center and amenities, lounge areas, and IDF/MDF computer rooms.

This project will pursue LEED Gold certification.
