SUMMARY

TG has extensive experience in the due diligence studies and engineering design of mechanical systems for commercial and industrial buildings, educational facilities, health care facilities, hospitals, theaters, conference facilities and others. His experience includes design/build, design – assist, and the design of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment, and process piping systems.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

LINKEDIN | 222 2nd STREET, San Francisco, CA Principal-in-Charge and Mechanical Lead for this new 26-story, 450,000 SF tenant improvement project, is located in the heart of San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood at 222 Second Street. With this lease, LinkedIn aims to bring together LinkedIn’s R&D and sales teams, approximately 2,250 employees, under one roof. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for this new ground-up project which includes extensive interior build-out of 20,000 sf of space dedicated to a full service commercial kitchen (located on two separate floors), servery and seating as well as a state-of-the-art "All Hands" presentation room, 8,500 SF public lobby and complete Fitness Center, 2,209 sq. feet of ground retail, and two levels of subterranean parking. LINKEDIN CAMPUS BUILDINGS A, B, & C, Sunnyvale, CA The project included the interior construction fit-out for three buildings at LinkedIn’s Sunnyvale Campus totaling approximately 126,800 SF. Two of the buildings included a café space and the remaining scope involved workspace reconfiguration. engineering and lighting design for the tenant improvements for 194,850 SF office for LinkedIn in Sunnyvale. Programming for the space includes first floor amenities such as 24,350 SF server, fitness center, tech talk/all-hands space and other public spaces. Two new IDF rooms in basement levels 1 and 2, and12 new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS). Upper three floors will include typical office space for headcount of approximately 900, one breakroom per floor, new unisex restrooms, new guardrail at 2- story space, new janitors’ closets and mothers’ rooms.
