AlfaTech is providing MEP engineering and technology (low voltage, audio visual, and security) design services for the tenant improvements of the Proofpoint Corporate Headquarters, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company, at Pathline Park which encompasses two 121,000 SF, 3-story buildings totaling 242,000 SF. The new facility includes a 16,000 SF executive briefing center, 16,000 SF conference center, one 5,000 SF warehouse and shipping center, Infrastructure support rooms with MDF and IDFs. The two buildings went into construction in September 2019 and will be delivered as warm shells with roof-top VAV package units, condensing boilers/pumps, medium pressure ducts, electrical rooms, elevators (both passenger & freight) and finished rest rooms. 625 N.
