Electrical and mechanical review and support for Building A & B roof RTU replacement.

AlfaTech provides MEP support for Netflix Los Gatos, CA campus and has developed a Partnership with the Facilities Team. Our focus has been to support all Facility needs including MEP Engineering and design along with evaluations for system reliability. AlfaTech is currently working with the Netflix Team on building energy and sustainability incentives to reduce overall energy consumption along with indoor air quality and preventative maintenance procedures.

Commissioning and support for HVAC replacement for roof top units.

Review of existing LAB electrical loads and provide new UPS system to support all LAB expansion in building A & G.

The scope of work included the following buildings. Electrical evaluation for buildings: • 100 Winchester Blvd. Building 'A' 3 floors plus 2 underground parking level Total 81,340 SF • 150 Winchester Circle, Building 'B' 3 floors plus 3 underground parking level Total 83,728 SF
