AlfaTech provided mechanical and electrical engineering, IT, security, and audiovisual design services for Phase 1 of this 430,000 campus. Building improvements included tenant improvements to a 6-story existing office building, approximately 188,000 SF, one new 5-story office building, approximately 185,000 SF, one new 5-level, two bay expansion of existing parking structure, and one new 2 plus partial story 65-67,000 SF amenity building, including a data center, full-service café, training rooms, multipurpose room, and conference center.
