DESCRIPTION As the head of project management, Thomas is dedicated to the end-to-end management of projects; from the development and analysis of the business case, all the way through to concept design, detailed design development and construction. He also supervises and manages project scheduling, budgets and the project set-up with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants. With over 16 years of experience, Thomas is an excellent and effective project manager with a proven track record of leading a delivery team in successfully managing any projects in accordance with design drawings, contract documents, schedule and budget.

DESCRIPTION Praveen is responsible for all areas of MEP, IT, AV SECURITY AND IoT planning, design and analysis - performing engineering evaluations, systems design, calculations, specifications, cost estimating and delivering project solutions. He has over a decade of industry experience in the above role as well as in technology design solutions, vendor selection and negotiations, procurement and cost management and project management. Praveen is also skilled in AutoCAD, Basic BIM (Revit MEP) and MS Projects. With a high level of attention to detail, Praveen has successfully managed Space Matrix’s MEP design projects from initiation through to completion. Praveen has worked on the delivery of numerous successful commercial projects and has an excellent knowledge of MEP systems such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm systems.

DESCRIPTION Troy has over 15+ years experience in design and project management and has successfully delivered numerous corporate office fit out projects as well as commercial and retail outlets within Australia and across the globe. His strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business objectives, end-user requirements, and corporate functions; coupled with his extensive experience make him the ideal candidate to lead any project.
