The firm provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for 13,000 SF of lease space to change the existing branch bank space into sound studios, offices, open work areas, kitchenette area and private office areas. The studio area is located in high ceiling conditions and the office/work area portion is below an existing mezzanine. The studio portion required a separate, new mechanical system to provide normal and after-hours air conditioning to the studios. Program included a blue screen room, a large tiered classroom and a library, as well as individual mixing rooms and student lounge spaces.
