Disney production building comprised of the decommissioning of an existing data center and expansion and remodel of a state of the art post production facility and machine room. The project comprised of edit bays, Audio QC rooms, Color Rooms and a 32 Rack machine room with an N+ 1 CRAC unit design, hot & cold aisle containment systems, pre-action, A&B power supplies, 250kW UPS, Air Cooled Chiller with free cooling module, all backed-up by and emergency system.

The firm provided shell and core full design of MEP systems for 250,000 SF, five-story production office building on the Disney Studios lot with 4 levels of below-grade parking. Interior development full design of HVAC and plumbing systems for 100,000 SF of interior space on the ground, second and third floors, including open office areas, private offices, conference rooms and pantries.
