Tenant Improvement 105,000 SF

This 105,000 SF hotel consisted of 79 guestrooms. The project included the remodeling of the guest rooms and upgrade for the Central plant. As part of the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland Pilot Bio-heat Program, our Principal provided engineering services for (2) 550,000 BTU Biodiesel boilers. The biodiesel fuel was produced in a local biodiesel production plant from locally sourced rapeseed oil and canola oil producing crops.
