Provided mechanical engineering design services which consisted of an 85-guestroom hotel located on the grounds of the prestigious Jack Nicklaus designed Mount Juliet golf course. Scope included design of a geothermal ring-main brine loop, which connected to (80) geothermal boreholes. The brine loop was pumped by a pump station around the ring-main loop. Hotel and luxury private residences on the property were provided with a high efficiency high temperature geothermal heat pump. The heat pump served under floor radiant heating and produced domestic hot water within the hotel.
