AlfaTech is providing electrical engineering design services for the redevelopment of three buildings located at 1701, 1727, and 1734 East 41st Street. Building A at 1734 East is 50,500 SF, Building B at 1727 East is 12,700 SF, and Building C at 1701 East is 28,600 SF of space. This project involves the design of generators and solar photo voltaic systems, including all the components and interconnections required for a complete and operable system. New generators are being installed in each one of the buildings while A and C each have a small MDF/IDF room with an existing 175kW standby diesel generator that’s located outside.
