FLEXTRONICS, Austin, TX Electrical design for the tenant improvement to approximately 225,000 SF of an existing manufacturing facility to convert the space to contract manufacturing, assembly, and QA/QC testing of electronics products. INTEL CLEAN ROOM – MULTIPLE PROJECTS, Santa Clara, CA Electrical design for the installation of new static UPS systems, a new gowns room, new lighting, several new tools, new support infrastructure & expansion space for Intel’s Mission Critical ISO 3 & 4 clean room. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Confidential Location Electrical design for the tenant improvement to approx. 20,000 SF of an existing office facility for conversion to approx. 11,000 SF of combination office space (consisting of mostly hard walled offices) and approx. 9,000 SF of audio lab spaces. The intent of the project is to generally replace the existing main mechanical systems, the electrical distribution and lighting, and provide new process infrastructure to serve the new space layout and tool requirements. The lab spaces include a small Anno Lab, a wet chemistry lab, a furnace lab, machining area, and a characterization lab. SEAGATE MRC2, Fremont, CA Lead electrical engineer for 450,000 SF of offices, labs, warehouse and prototype manufacturing and includes 70,000 SF of ISO Class 4 and ISO Class 5 clean room space on a custom four foot raised floor allowing for extensive utility distribution. NVIDIA, Santa Clara, CA Designed upgrade to the existing simulation lab to provide normal, generator and UPS power to the world’s largest emulation facility. LUMENTUM – MULTIPLE PROJECTS, San Jose, CA Electrical engineer for clean rooms, labs and support spaces for multiple buildings, including an 80,000 SF ISO Class 5 clean room and 150,000 SF of future expansion space. Projects entailed tool hook-up and all associated mechanical, electrical, and process support systems, including toxic and pyrophoric gases and chemicals in the manufacturing facilities. LUMENTUM, Bangkok, Thailand Electrical engineer on this 575,000 SF project made of 3 buildings. This project included NAVA 1 Level 1 Cleanroom ISO Class 7, Level 2 Cleanroom ISO Class 6, NAVA 3 office building, and more. LUMENTUM, Ljubljana, Slovenia Electrical engineer on this 30,000 SF two-story tenant improvement and expansion project for an optical fiber manufacturing facility. Project included clean room systems, draw tower systems and systems for manufacturing areas.
