LUMENTUM, Bangkok Thailand Mechanical and Process Engineer for this 575,000 SF project made of 3 buildings. This project included NAVA 1 Level 1 Cleanroom ISO Class 7, Level 2 Cleanroom ISO Class 6, NAVA 3 office building, and more. ADVANTEST, San Jose, CA Mechanical Engineer for the energy modeling, incentive assistance, ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit, investment grade energy analysis of lighting retrofit, investment grade energy analysis of chilled water plant of this 100,000 SF site. JDSU, VARIOUS PROJECTS, Worldwide Project Manager, Mechanical and Process Engineer - Process and Mechanical design including tool and equipment installations, process cooling water, DI water, CDA, vacuum, chemical gas delivery, process waste collection and treatment HVAC design for ISO 5 and 6 cleanrooms. FLEXTRONICS, Milpitas, CA Mechanical design for the tenant improvement to approximately 18,000 SF of lab space and 8,700 SF of office space in Flextronics Building M2. The intent of the project was to produce a schematic MEPP design to the 30% level to be used to develop a preliminary ROM budget pricing for the MEPP scope of work. The 30% schematic design effort evaluated and assessed the existing mechanical, electrical, controls and plumbing infrastructure for re-use where possible and determined what additional systems were required to serve the new space programming and tool requirements. Schematic drawings and equipment schedules were developed for the ROM Pricing. FLEXTRONICS, Austin, TX Mechanical design for the tenant improvement to approximately 225,000 SF of an existing manufacturing facility to convert the space to contract manufacturing, assembly, and QA/QC testing of electronics products. INTEL CLEAN ROOM – MULTIPLE PROJECTS, Santa Clara, CA Electrical design for the installation of new static UPS systems, a new gowns room, new lighting, several new tools, new support infrastructure & expansion space for Lead mechanical engineer for the evaluation of two options for tool implementation for an addition of 25,000 SF of ISO Class 5 clean room space to accommodate 450 mm tools manufacturing. To meet this space requirement, the client planned to construct a 4th floor on existing building. Upon evaluation of the above options and the confirmation of the option to be pursued, initiated the engineering conceptual design. This essentially includes designing utilities required for the various tools and also office systems. *BAYER CORPORATION, Berkeley, CA Renovation of existing HVAC and fire protection systems for cGMP manufacturing space for the installation of new blast freezer and relocation of existing mechanical equipment. *CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, TANDEM JUNCTION THIN FILM PV FACILITY, Hyderabad, India Lead mechanical engineer for conceptual design for a 270 MWP photovoltaic manufacturing facility. Design included central utility plant and other mechanical, plumbing and fire protection elements. Intel’s Mission Critical ISO 3 & 4 clean room. KLA TENCOR PROJECT 450, Singapore
