CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, CA Electrical engineer for a 138,000 SF light aircraft manufacturing facility including paint booths, large assembly area, conference rooms, offices and a showroom, plus a 15,000 SF mezzanine. Work included a new 12KV primary service with 4000amp 480V, 3 phase, 4wire, electrical service, utility coordination work, underground distribution, electrical distribution and equipment hooks up, new lighting and controls, low voltage infrastructure and coordination. Successfully obtained electrical permits via design build project delivery format. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Milpitas, CA Electrical engineer for this 18,000 SF lab and light manufacturing facility with 8,700 SF office space. Project included power and distribution for equipment hook ups, researching the existing electrical system to utilize an existing 4000amp 480v 3phase 4 wire electrical service and develop the one-line diagram to provide additional electrical distribution for tool hook ups, lighting and controls design. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Cupertino, CA Electrical engineer for the completed design building criteria for conversion of a 20,000 SF office space into an Audio and Materials Lab. Design work included equipment matrix review and analysis, load calculations, emergency generator sizing, electrical distribution system development and equipment layout, issue design build criteria and review successful bidders’ proposals. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, CA Provided electrical design for manufacturing facility including 8 green houses and one 2 story 44,000 SF building for plant material processing. Electrical normal and optional emergency power systems include a 350KW natural gas generator for optional loads and electrical power distribution system design for this 5.6MW facility. Work includes MEP coordination, coordination needs of the greenhouses with outside systems designers, working closely with contractor and architect to help client determine program requirements and to implement design CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Confidential Location Contributing engineering designer for 6MW, 60,000 SF data center with 1.04 PUE. Design work included load calculations and distribution system layouts for a distributed redundant system from 12KV primary service to PDU distribution, high resistance grounding, mechanical coordination, utility coordination, phasing documentation, implementation of client standards, lighting and controls, fire alarm. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Cupertino, CA Designed electrical normal and emergency power system for 300,000 SF, 4 story building, with 12KV primary service, 450KW generator to power elevators and other life safety systems. Office distribution is served by (1) 4000Amp substation and a second substation on the roof powers the mechanical system. Completed basis of design documentation for shell and core for this design build project. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, Palo Alto, CA Electrical engineer for this 80,000 SF Material and Thermal building. Provided construction administration support including answering contractor questions and submittal review. Provided permit drawings for tool hook up including field verification of tool electrical hook up requirements, development of a tool hook up matrix, permit and construction drawings detailing out tool electrical installation requirements.
