AlfaTech provided mechanical and electrical services for the replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC in kind with new rooftop package units, replacement of existing controls with new direct digital control system and miscellaneous electrical work to disconnect the existing power and design new power for the new equipment. Roofing design scope of work included coordination for demolition and replacement of existing roofing system including preparation for re-roofing.
