AlfaTech provided MEP services to assist Berryessa Union School District with the replacement of HVAC units and roofing for several buildings on the Piedmont Middle School campus. The scope included replacement of the existing equipment in the mechanical rooms' rooftop units, replacement of existing controls with a new direct digital control system, and miscellaneous electrical work to disconnect the existing power and to design new power for the new equipment. AlfaTech coordinated with the roofing consultant to incorporate and coordinate the HVAC replacement. The existing conduits and power panels were removed and reinstalled in the same locations on the roof.
