The firm provided engineering design services to Riverside Unified School District’s Magnolia Elementary School. The project consists of a new two-story classroom building and modernization of various HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, along with relocating 4 portable classrooms. We provided utility connections and designed the MEP system in the new buildings such air conditioning to each classroom, lighting and power to each classroom, and plumbing connections.
