The existing building is an existing two-story stand-alone building located at 30401 Agoura Rd, Agoura Hills, CA. AlfaTech provided MEP and process engineering services for the demise of (4) respective life science spec suites. The space was a 50/50 ratio between lab and office space within each suite. Systems included electrical power distribution, lighting, High Air change rate HVAC systems/ DOAS systems, Acid waste, Waste/Vent and Hot/Cold water systems, Lab exhaust systems and BMS Controls design.
