AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the tenant improvements to this single store building totaling 40,000 SF with additional 6,000 SF office wing. Building was modified to accommodate office, and process support equipment to support the machine shop and 3D printing departments in an exterior utility yard. Scope included design of HVAC and building management systems (controls), process utility systems consisting of CDA and chilled water, electrical distribution for power and lighting, and prescriptive-method Title 24 mechanical & lighting compliance calculations and forms.
