AlfaTech provided architectural lighting design, LEED and Energy Modeling services for the tenant improvements for this Confidential Banking Client in San Francisco. Scope included due diligence services and full-service engineering design for existing facilities for the full renovation of floors 36, 40 and 42 and partial renovation of floor 41 totaling 57,650 SF. Programming consisted of client center, conference center with amenities, private bank, trading room, commercial bank, general office, lounge/coffee/copy rooms, mothers’ room, mail room, and computer room/IDF/MDF.

This project was designed to LEED Gold certification.
