Renovation utilized existing mechanical equipment to provide heat recovery and conservation for the DX system. The firm also provides MEP design services in support of CSPM Lab Installations, Process Tool Renovations, and lab remodels. In Bangkok, AlfaTech provided engineering services for 40,000 SF of raised floor. The computer room was designed and constructed in four months to meet client’s schedule. AlfaTech provided process/chemical, mechanical, electrical, structural, security, and voice/data at each of the company’s campuses. AT provided a feasibility study for the FEH Hutches 4, 5 and 6 projects to define alternate system solutions for the HVAC design. The project was in the final design phase using a single unit air handling system. The distribution system was going to occupy space that the owner wanted to reserve for future use. We provided a conceptual design study to evaluate how much space could be saved using a different system. The study included pros and cons of each system, sketches for cost estimating and peer review of existing design documents.
