VISA 385 SHERMAN AVENUE / 51,000 SF - AlfaTech provided MEP services for this tenant improvement project in Palo Alto California. The 3-story, mixed use building includes two subterranean parking levels and is LEED Gold.

ANALOG DEVICES Santa Clara, California USA

Analog Devices relocated its corporate headquarters into two recently completed warm shell buildings. AlfaTech provided facility assessment and evaluation/surveys in addition to MEP design services for this 356,000 SF project encompassing nine of the twelve floors, including due diligence and engineering design services for 356k SF, nine floors in two 2-story warm shell buildings for company headquarters.

The pictured project included MEP services for new 89,000 SF office space on one single floor plate to house this client’s first presence in this urban environment. AlfaTech provided building assessments, and MEP bid documents and subsequent review of the MEP Design-Build Subcontractors’ Permit and Construction Drawings.
