This 18-acre campus consists of: three interconnected, six-story office buildings with two levels of podium parking on the ground totaling 752,100 SF; 25,000 SF cold core and shell café building with full service commercial kitchen with variable flow system; six-story parking garage; open and collaborative environment with furniture systems; private offices; software/light-hardware labs in buildings 1 and 2 totaling 36,000 SF; server room with cooling redundancy; fitness center and wellness center, 10,000 SF each, in office tower 1 on level 3 The project awarded design incentives provided by saving by design. The project achieved LEED Platinum.

NORTH CAMPUS – San Jose, California USA

AlfaTech provided full mechanical and electrical upgrades for eBay’s “North Campus” which is affiliated with the Corporate Headquarters facility.

The firm provided due diligence, and engineering design for interior improvements for two 109,000 SF buildings including a 6,000 SF data center and server rooms.

BUILDING 17 - San Jose, California USA

AlfaTech provided engineering design services for eBay’s newest North Campus 5- story building in San Jose. This included a new core and shell and tenant improvements to building 17 totaling 189,590 SF. AlfaTech also prepared electrical infrastructure design for the installation of a roof-mounted 100kW photo-voltaic panel installation. This project achieved LEED Gold.
