Fairfield, CA Type: Laboratory, Pediatric; Clinical Lab and Pediatric Unit Renovation Size: 6,500 SF The firm performed engineering design services for the remodel of clinical laboratory and pediatric unit. Project scope included a cafeteria expansion and renovations to the nurses’ lounge and workroom, nourishment station, medication area and office space. Full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design.

The obstetrics wing required a complete remodel with new systems. The firm performed engineering design services for this provided complete mechanical and electrical engineering for HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, power, lighting and signaling for the new endoscopy unit. Endoscopy equipment included emergency power systems.

The firm performed full design services for new endovascular suite/operating room in existing hospital. Ongoing projects include recent cardiac/cath lab remodel, and mechanical and electrical design for future remodel/expansion projects.
