The firm provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing consulting engineering design services for this new LA County Sheriff’s Station. The project consists of a 36,000 SF facility, single -story, including a detention center and sally port. Also included is a 5,000 SF vehicle service building, an 800 SF car wash facility, communications tower, vehicle fueling station, emergency generator and helistop. The total site area is 15.2 acres, with the project development area approximately half of the site area. Site parking for approximately 300 vehicles was provided as well.
