The Miller YMCA opened with a huge indoor pool, activities for all ages and workout equipment. Outdoor activities in the area include numerous hiking and biking trails. About $2.7 million was used to build a center that will include a daycare/preschool, community rooms, an indoor swimming pool and exercise and activity rooms for a variety of youth, adult and senior programs at the Dos Vientos subdivision on land donated by the developer.

The firm provided all of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design for this project. Special equipment and materials were required to account for potential humidity issues.
