This project entails the construction of a four-story administration office building featuring community meeting spaces. It will be strategically located on a 63,732 SF lot at the intersection of 4th Avenue and F Street. Additionally, the project includes the development of a parking lot accommodating 112 regular parking spaces, 5 ADA-compliant parking spaces, 7 electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), and 8 dedicated motorcycle parking spaces.
