AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the tenant improvement for a new exclusive 13,300 SF indoor/outdoor restaurant on the rooftop of a high-rise office building in downtown San Francisco. Project includes 9,100 SF of new indoor dining, bar and private dining area, full-service kitchen and support services, front and back of house cooking, food prep areas, back of house support spaces and new restrooms and 4,200 SF of terrace seating, dining and bar areas.
