Redwood City, CA AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process and fire protection engineering design services to the confidential client's corporate headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The headquarters will be comprised of 3 buildings of office conversion to lab/office, totaling 150,000 SF and one expansion building at 50,000 SF. Lab spaces for all buildings are mostly biology laboratories with some chemistry and one building will house a vivarium. The lab to office ratio will be 50/50, with some additional corporate office and meeting areas. San Diego, CA AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process and fire protection engineering design services to the confidential client's campus in San Diego, CA. The 2 new ground-up buildings total 300,000 SF and are mostly lab spaces for chemistry and biology. The lab to office ratio will be 50/50 for most of the buildings. AlfaTech is also designing the campus central plant and the client’s vivarium
