Tenant Improvement 45,030 SF

AlfaTech provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire production engineering design for the tenant improvements to the 4th floor (45,030 SF) at 631 Howard. Programing included conversion from office space to Science & Technology lab space including a new formulation lab, packaging lab, and fragrance lab as well as plumbing for an Objet WaterJet and anchoring for 3D printers and other equipment. AlfaTech also provided Value Engineering recommendations for the project.
