AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the build of a medical clinic for seniors to facilitate all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) program within an existing 2 story office building, totaling 19,000 SF. The new clinic includes exam rooms, quiet rooms, nurses’ station, exercise rooms, lab, private offices, open offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, break rooms, clean/dirty utility areas, laundry room, personal care center, reception area, entry area, triage, transit office, oxygen storage and a day room with 88 seats.
