AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection for this new construction casino project. The project, built in a single phase, consists of the construction of a 180,000 SF single-story casino with second level office mezzanine, parking structure (1,500 to 1,800 stalls), surface parking (200 - 500 stalls) and roadway connecting this new development to the county road. Also included is a high-rise hotel tower (200 keys circa 150,000 SF) which may possibly be located on top of the casino pending planning.
